Syphay Restaurant and the Sayaphet family have been long-time clients of mine. They had first reached out to me to help them with marketing their new Downtown Edmonton location 7 years ago. They were one of my first freelance clients.
This project holds a special place in my heart because their family business grew along side my growth as a designer. As marketing and technology trends changed, so too did their needs as a business and I had consulted them on new strategies and solution on how to best use creativity and technology to improve their bottom line.
With more of an online presence and ability for clients to leave feedback, Syphay has been a top-rated Thai Restaurant on TripAdvisor and has won the coveted Golden Fork Award from Vue Weekly newspaper (when it was still around) for multiple years. During the pandemic, Syphay was able to turn a profit during the pandemic from takeout and deliveries.
